Florida Research Facility
Commencing November 1, 2019, Critical Materials Corporation opened a new laboratory research facility in Bartow Florida at the site of the Florida Industrial Phosphate Research Institute (“FIPR”). FIPR was established by Florida Polytechnic University, a world class STEM university located in Lakeland Florida (“FPU”) in order to advance research into topics of interest to participants in the Florida phosphate mining industry.
As part of the new research facility opening, Critical Materials Corporation signed a three year contract with FPU and FIPR. Under the contract Critical Materials Corporation will co-locate staff and equipment at FIPR’s Bartow laboratory and conduct testing and analysis at FIPR and provide employment opportunities for FIPR and FPU staff and students.
