Mr. O’Shei has managed infrastructure companies in the U.S., U.K. and Asia. He was previously the COO of MidAmerican Energy Company (the predecessor to Berkshire Hathaway Energy) and prior to that ran Bechtel’s International Water division. He has also been appointed CEO to lead start-up companies by venture capital groups seeking experienced management during company formative stages. Mr. O’Shei is also a partner in and Chairman of TriLateral Pacific, LLC.
