Mr. Foley is an expert and has decades of experience in developing, permitting  and financing energy and infrastructure projects, as well as complex real estate development transactions. He was previously head of project development at Berkshire Hathaway’s MidAmerican Energy Company and is a founding partner in TriLateral Pacific, LLC.
